Career Advice for Lawsuit-Happy Trina Thompson

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Trina Thompson made headlines this week when she sued her alma mater Monroe College in NY because she has been unemployed since graduation. According to CNN, Thompson said the “Office of Career Advancement did not help me with a full-time job placement. I am also suing them because of the stress I have been going through.\”

The Cronk of Higher Education would like to congratulate all the employers smart enough to reject Thompson’s candidacy, but wishes to provide Thompson with some advice to help her with her job search.

  • Trina, no one likes a litigious millennial brat. A little more work ethic and a little less lawsuit might get you a job. (You don\’t know what that means, do you, Trina?)

  • Let\’s be honest. You\’re the employment world\’s most famous lowlife, and no one will hire you now. Maybe you should try hooking up with a sugar daddy like that Jon Gosselin guy. We hear he\’s single.

  • Then again, maybe the Monroe College Admissions Office is hiring. You sound like you have just the right skill set to work there.

p.s. You\’re not going to sue us, are you Trina? We\’re just a bunch of hack writers.
